Handle is 6000BC bog oak and stabilised Spalted beech. Would prefer to sell as a pair.. comes with its own knife rack. The big guy has a liiiitle floor in the wrought iron.. doesn’t effect the knife’s performance but do check the last photo 👍 Bargain price of £550 for both. 😘

Oh yeah and this guy is made from 26c3 (spicy white high carbon steel) clad with antique mild steel and pure Nickel.

The Apex Lite, second generation. Sheffcut high carbon steel, forged bevels, forged thin, then stone polished and sharpened. Resulting in a very lite very sharp blade.
This one was commissioned as a golden anniversary present, so we added the golden (brass) spacer and the wedding date stamped into the blade.
The handles stabilised, dyed maple burl from @ajstabilisedwoods and bog oak ferrule.
